As of today, we’re no longer able to take on any further wholesale orders for 2025. Despite launching our Christmas wholesale collection back in July, we still found ourselves facing a backlog by November. And while, yes, I could have planned a little better, I truly did not anticipate the incredible level of demand we’ve experienced. As a small business, we simply can’t carry the volume of stock we have required for this Christmas due to the significant cost and risk it entails.
I know this may be disappointing to some, and I’m genuinely sorry — but we physically cannot get m any more wholesale orders out in time for the Christmas shopping period. The stock we currently have (and are still making!) will be used to fulfil our outstanding wholesale orders, supply our upcoming markets, and serve our retail customers on the website and on Not On The High Street.
Our last day before closing for Christmas will be Monday 22nd December. We’ll then be taking an extended break and returning to work on Tuesday 13th January, when we’ll reopen for both wholesale and retail customers.
It might be a little early to say this, but thank you — truly — to every single one of our customers for your support, enthusiasm, and trust this year. It means the world. I’ll be using the first week of January to regroup and plan ahead, as it’s become clear that we may have officially outgrown our current setup!
